As the separation is occurring our equipment is undergoing sterilization. Waste and sticky residuals are a thing of the past.
[R]eflux [V]apor: This process happens when the heated solvent vapor is funneled into the cleaning chamber and condenses on the cooler surfaces of any item carrying residuals to be cleaned and reclaimed. Once condensed, the liquid solvent and the solvent/residual solutions will return back to the lower solvent solution chamber to be refluxed once again.
[C]leaning: The items put in the funnel will be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized after the reflux occurs. This process begins when the heater reaches the optimal temperature of 90°.
[R]eclaiming: The residual extracts once stuck to your jars/pots will now be reclaimed in the lower chamber. The residual/ethanol in the lower chamber will be poured off and reintroduced back into your distillation process.
